Interesting choices in a view of our area

Independent filmmaker Jon Jost may have been by our little corner of the planet this summer. I detected three photos of this area on his most recent blog post, which is interesting, to say the least.
I’d be interested in learning his thoughts on why he included in this post about our broken political system three shots of the area: a close up of the spillway on Grand Coulee Dam, the Kieth Powell original eagle mural on the Tee Pee, and the backside of the casino.
