So, according to the gov, this deal will create BILLIONS more in the state’s economy. Of course, that water is coming from Lake Roosevelt via Banks Lake, pumped up there by Grand Coulee Dam.
Once again, it wouldn’t be possible without Grand Coulee Dam, but no one will think of that unless we push the point, as I suggested in this week’s editorial on cracks in the dam.
